The Catering Manager, based in the Operations Control Center (OCC), is responsible for organizing and coordinating all onboard catering requirements in close alignment with our customers, Sales, Operations, Crew, and external catering providers.
The role ensures that customer preferences, special requests, allergies, dietary requirements, and contractual arrangements are accurately captured, communicated, and delivered. The Catering Manager also provides the Flight Crew with all relevant catering information before each flight to support a smooth and premium onboard service.In daily operations, the Catering Manager responds quickly to short-notice changes such as flight diversions, schedule changes, additional passengers, or amended customer requests, ensuring that catering arrangements are adapted accordingly.
The position also includes handling catering-related complaints, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement of service quality.
Through precise coordination, strong attention to detail, and solution-oriented communication, the Catering Manager contributes to a reliable and high-quality customer experience and supports LUMINAIR’s premium service standards.
