Your mission
LUMINAIR is a growing business aviation operator based in Hamburg, Germany. We provide tailor-made flight solutions at the highest service level. To support our Commercial Team, we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) in the Sales & Flightcare department. Key duties include:
- Supporting the Sales and Flightcare team in handling client inquiries
- Overseeing and assisting with pre- and post-flight arrangements (handling, catering, slots, PPR, hotels, ground transportation)
- Maintaining customer data and bookings in internal systems
- Supporting communication with brokers and partners
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes and quality standards
