As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing LUMINAIR’s sales strategy with our broker-focused charter sales team. Based in our modern office in Hamburg, you will lead the sales team, manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth by expanding our market presence and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with LUMINAIR’s commercial goals.
  • Lead, mentor and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and flight hours targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance and crew care teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Team duty and holiday management.
  • Represent LUMINAIR at key industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
Ihr Profil
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the private aviation or business jet charter industry
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the private jet market, customer profiles and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are an asset
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
