As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing LUMINAIR’s sales strategy with our broker-focused charter sales team. Based in our modern office in Hamburg, you will lead the sales team, manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth by expanding our market presence and building long-term partnerships.

- Lead, mentor and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and flight hours targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and industry partners.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance and crew care teams to deliver seamless service.
- Team duty and holiday management.
- Represent LUMINAIR at key industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
