This position plays an essential role in supporting Flight Operations at LUMINAIR. The primary focus lies in the coordination of operational processes and compliance support within the flight operations department, while also ensuring seamless integration of crew training activities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating operational documentation, assisting with regulatory compliance, audit preparation and overseeing the administration of training records. The role acts as an important interface between flight crew, training management and flight operations leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations.
Ihr Profil
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operational and training-related documentation
  • Aviation Knowledge: Understanding of EASA regulations and aviation training standards (e.g. recurrent training, licensing, checking), experience in Flight Operations, Crew Training or similar administrative roles is a strong advantage
  • Process-Minded: Structured approach to supporting regulatory compliance and internal procedures
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear coordination with internal departments and external training providers
  • Stress-Resilient: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset to effectively support a cross-functional Flight Operations environment
  • EASA CPL(A) (frozen ATPL(A)/ATPL(A)) licence is an advantage
  • Fluent English Language Skills with strong preference for professional working German
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
  • Unrestricted EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU
