Ihre Aufgaben

Mit der Expansion unserer Flotte suchen wir engagierte Fachkräfte, die unser Finance-Team als Finanzassistent verstärken. In dieser Rolle wirst du ein wesentlicher Teil unseres wachsenden Finanzteams und unterstützt uns bei der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in Bezug auf unsere internationalen Privatjet-Operationen. Von der Verwaltung der Zahlungen bis hin zur Sicherstellung einer genauen Buchung von Transaktionen wirst du im Zentrum unserer finanziellen Prozesse stehen. Außerdem wirst du die Verarbeitung von Kreditkartenabrechnungen im Zusammenhang mit unseren Flügen übernehmen und für eine präzise Buchführung der Ausgaben sorgen. Als Teil eines dynamischen Start-ups wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung neuer Prozesse spielen und gleichzeitig zum Wachstum und Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung wirst du sicherstellen, dass alles reibungslos läuft, während wir weiterhin die Privatluftfahrtindustrie neu definieren.

Ihr Profil

Du arbeitest strukturiert und genau, bist aber auch flexibel und lösungsorientiert – und bringst die Energie mit, die notwendig ist, um in einem wachsenden Start-up erfolgreich zu sein.
Engagiert: Du gehst sorgfältig mit finanziellen Transaktionen um, insbesondere in einem internationalen und schnelllebigen Umfeld.
Teamplayer: Zusammenarbeit ist uns wichtig, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten.
Stressresistent: Du behältst auch unter Druck einen klaren Kopf und arbeitest effektiv.
Du sprichst Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse in der Arbeitswelt. Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware wie DATEV und der Verarbeitung von Kreditkartenabrechnungen ist von Vorteil.
Abschluss einer Ausbildung (z. B. als Buchhalter, Industriekaufmann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil.
Die Fähigkeit, eine gültige ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) gemäß §7 LuftSiG zu erlangen und aufrechtzuerhalten.
Unbeschränkter EU-Pass oder das Recht, in der EU zu leben und zu arbeiten.

Your mission

As our fleet expands, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Finance Team as a Financial Assistant. In this role, you will be an essential part of our growing finance team, supporting us in the ongoing financial accounting, especially in relation to our international private jet operations. From managing payments to ensuring accurate transaction bookings, you will be at the heart of our financial processes. You will also handle the processing of credit card receipts related to our operation ensuring precise bookkeeping of expenses. As part of a dynamic start-up, you will play an important role in developing new processes while contributing to the company's growth and success. In close collaboration with the finance department, you will help ensure that everything runs smoothly while we continue to redefine the private aviation industry.

Your profile

Structured and Detail-Oriented: You work with precision and maintain an organized approach to tasks and bring the energy needed to thrive in a growing start-up
Dedicated: You are meticulous when it comes to managing financial transactions, especially in an international, fast-paced environment
Team Player: Collaborative approach to ensure smooth operations
Stress-Resilient: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Fluent English Language Skills with strong preference for professional working German, additional language skills are an advantage
Experience in Accounting Software such as DATEV and processing credit card receipts is beneficial
Educational Background: A completed apprenticeship (e.g., as an accountant, industrial clerk) or comparable qualification is beneficial
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
Unrestricted EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU
